Hey,
How’ve you been doing?
I haven’t heard from you lately, must be all the new stuff you’ve put yourself up to. I’m not mad, don’t worry. I’m happy to see you flourish. It’s been so long, since I’ve heard your unguarded laugh.
You haven’t noticed, I know. You still think that your world is safe and sound behind those high, impenetrable walls that you’ve built. It is, but it shines through. I’ve noticed and people have noticed too, believe me. That’s why recently they linger longer than they usually do. They feel that incredible warmth and see that fluorescent silver light, that seeps into a routine mask and make it glow.
God damn, you beam, girl! You burn so bright it hurts to look at you, but, gosh, it’s mesmerizing and breathtaking. Please, don’t stop. I can sense the doubt and insecurity jumping out, whispering same old, same old. Don’t listen. Not this time.
You have me and I’ve got you girl! I won’t allow them to destroy you. I was foolish. Nevermore.
Thus, go and conquer, and play. I’ll be there to catch you if you fall.
Warmest wishes,
The woman.
