Difference in perspective

Crashed face first into the ground,

Bones snapped; tore the skin and burst out.

The agonizing gasp popped without a sound,

The broken words stuck in the bloodied mouth.

Hot arguments didn’t stir the ice in plastic veins,

Uncaring eye observed the crumbling of the empire.

The creature shrugged off the illusionary chains,

That another thought it managed to acquire.

The one lost heaven. The other had barely cared –

Experience may look similar, but it’s always unparalleled.
